Hello! I am thrilled to welcome you to Eccentric Health: A Yoga & Wellness Collective situated in The Unity Community Centre in the neighbourhood of Marysville in Fredericton, New Brunswick. (If you’re a practitioner looking for not only a space, but a community, please go to Offerings and scroll to the application button). My goal is to create a space with unique offerings and practitioners at an accessible price. You can browse our practitioners and find ways to book their services on the “Our Practitioners” page (coming soon).

Eccentric Yoga is my offshoot of the collective. (Read more about me on the About page). As a yoga instructor (with over 1000hrs of training), reiki practitioner since 2018, and a fitness instructor since 2023, along with my continuing education in Kinesiology & Psychology at UNB; My passion is providing individuals just like yourself, discover reiki & yoga or help to reignite a lost love for fitness, yoga, meditation and/or mindfulness. All the while giving you the tools to continue this growth with or without my help, by empowering you to advocate for yourself, find the joy in and benefits of exercise, all while allowing you to live as your best life as your most authentic self.

We will work together to find the best yoga/fitness program or reiki healing schedule that best suits you and your needs.
