I’m finishing up an outbuilding on my property and will be doing classes and treatments there. Class sizes will be micro with a maximum 3 or 4 participants. There will be less classes offered in person; However, I have an online platform on Skool (link in the footer) where you can join a class from the comfort of your own home, find discussion boards and view previously recorded content.

Hey, I’m Brenda, Owner & Operator of Eccentric Health – Yoga, Reiki & Wellness
As a yoga instructor (with over 1000hrs of training), reiki practitioner since 2018, and a fitness instructor since 2023, along with my continuing education in Kinesiology & Psychology at UNB; My passion is providing individuals just like yourself, discover reiki & yoga or help to reignite a lost love for fitness, yoga, meditation and/or mindfulness. All the while giving you the tools to continue this growth with or without my help, by empowering you to advocate for yourself, find the joy in and benefits of exercise, all while allowing you to live as your best life as your most authentic self.

We will work together to find the best yoga/fitness program or reiki healing schedule that best suits you and your needs.
